Two new storefronts will be opening downtown. Tiny Tots Boutique (top, bottom left) will open on March 3 and will stock specialty clothing for children. The store is located at 114 S Cross St. Welcome Home, an extension of Chester River Wine & Cheese, will open on First Friday Feb. 2 and will feature cookware, tableware, and bed and bath linen. It is located at 107 S Cross St.
