To celebrate Valentine’s Day, the Student Events Board hosted “Ice Skate with a Date” last Friday, Feb. 14. Students were able to skate on faux ice at Martha Washington Square, with a date, a group of friends, or by themselves. SEB also set up a fire pit with s’mores and hot chocolate. EROS and the American Chemical Society collaborated to host a bismuth crystal making event to celebrate Valentine’s Day last Friday, Feb. 14. Students in attendance heated the metal and cast it into various molds to create their own rainbow bismuth crystal.
